North Side Real Estate & Living
The Northside of Chicago offers a number of options for singles, couples, young families, and empty nesters. For those who prefer city living, but still want somewhat of a suburban lifestyle, these neighborhoods provide the best of both worlds.

Easy access to the lakefront, beaches, and parks throughout the area offer opportunities for all to walk, jog, bike, and sunbathe. In addition, the Northside offers a variety of public transportation including a number of CTA train and bus lines. Depending on the neighborhood, there’s also easy access to Lakeshore Drive and the expressway.
North Side Schools
The Northside of Chicago offers plenty of excellent public school options for education. Elementary schools include Bell, Blaine, Brennemann, Greeley, and Ravenswood. CPS High Schools include Alcott, Lane Tech, Amundsen, Northside Prep, and Von Steuben. Catholic schools in the area include Saint Andrew, St. Benedict Catholic Preparatory School, and DePaul College Prep.
