Finding your “big why” is something buyers should do in their pre-search phase. It will help you identify what you want, need and aspire to attain regarding your new home.

Finding your why simply takes a little honest contemplation. Alone or with your family, sit down and write out your why’s.

Here are some questions to help you find your big why:

• Will your finances be changing?
